Long-term community building empowers a Baltimore neighborhood and its residents

It started 14 years ago with a devotional gathering for neighbors on a single block. This sincere effort to make friendships has expanded steadily. Now, a multitude of activities and social action initiatives are fostering personal and societal development in a two-mile radius of East Baltimore.
